昨日はオフサイトミーティングでしたが、主催する側でしたので、疲れました。
I’m exhausted because I am one of the people who led an off-site meeting yesterday.
今日は発熱したと言って休みました。
I took a day off today by saying I had a fever
しかし、発熱ではなく、体調不良といえば良かったです。
